Some Audio from the Sixties

Gerry Wilkinson was digging through a bunch of old tapes and found a couple air checks from WRCP-FM, the country music station in Philadelphia. Both of the "Country Gentlemen" DJ's were from WRTI.

First is Jerry Klein, the last student station manager for WRTI-FM. In his senior year, Jerry did "jock" work at WRCP. In this air check from Monday evening, September 8, 1969, we hear Jerry beginning at about 11 pm.

Next up is Shelly Davis. It's now 1 am, early on Tuesday morning, September 9, 1969. It starts with the ending of Klein's air shift.
