Here is a photo of the equipment rack that was in Control Room B, or "Master Control," circa 1966-68.



Left side (top to bottom):

CBS Audimax (level limiter)

Blank panel

FM transmitter control

Pull-down panel with line amps

AM line amps for the dorms*

Right side (top to bottom):

Cue amp for Studio B

Electronics for the Magnecord PT-6 tape recorders, with selector switch for choosing which deck you wanted to use (you couldn't use both, so dubbing was out of the question!)

*Mike Muderick comments: "These line amps are the ones I turned up full one day to boost our signal, only to have the telephone company come over to the station and let us know that all the offices on Park Mall were getting the station just fine... on their phones!"
