The WRTI-FM Photos (1969)

These two photographs are republished with the kind permission of The Templar, the Temple University Yearbook. The pix come from the 1969 edition.

In September of 1968, after what seemed to be forever, WRTI started broadcasting out of the brand new Annenberg Hall. The executive staff that year was led by Jerry Klein. It was my (Gerry Wilkinson) pleasure to serve as his Production Director. These photos were taken in spring of 1969. They were scanned from the yearbook. Remember that the photos in the book are actually bunches of black, gray and white dots and do not reproduce as well as an actual photograph. However, by using high resolution (500 dpi), I was able to get decent reproductions and then compressed them (original photos scanned at one and megs for both) to get them to a usable size.
