Merrill Reese
What We Know
Merrill was graduated from Temle University in 1964. Our "Voice of the Eagles" keeps busy 12 months a year as General manager and owner of WBCB in Levittown, Pennsylvania. He has two children, ages 16 and 13 and he and his wife have been married for twenty years. He grew up in Overbrook park, just one block from Gerry's house and went to Lamberton School (K-12), the same place where both of Gerry's girls have gone. Merrill's father was a neighborhood dentist and passed away when he was 16.
Gerry Wilkinson talked to Merrill on May 19, 1998. He said that he has just approved the manuscript of his autobiography entitled, IT'S GOOOOOOD! Co-authored with Mark Eckel, correspondent for The Sporting News, the book will be available in bookstores in the Fall of 1998. It is published by Sports Publications, Inc., of Champagne, Illinois.
